Our event Planning, styling and coordination package is the real deal. This includes everything you need to do in order to put on an event. I work behind the scenes from the second I take on your event to make it perfect.

This plan is perfect for the client who has no idea where to start, what comes next or where to go from here.

All details can be personalized to fit your needs. The fun thing about this package is that it is unique to you and only you. We have a plan that is tried and true, but lets rock the boat and see what we can create!

This service includes but is not limited to: 

  • Initial consultation with you, getting to know you and finding out what exactly you need from me.

  • Looking at your inspiration and creating an outline of how you want your day to feel.

  • Sourcing of ceremony and reception venues and maintaining contracts.

  • Timeline management, location scouting, people managing and decor outsourcing if needed.

  • Complete project management of the event

  • Comprehensive theme design and focus on the details so nothing slips through the cracks.

  • All communication with suppliers and services as needed

  • You are given unlimited access to me as soon as services begin. Full communication can be made at any time. Have fun ideas? Send them my way! I’m on-call 24/7 (unless I’m getting my beauty rest.)

  • Advice on catering styles and being present for tastings.

  • Full set up and management of the days details – cross referencing and building run sheets ensure all suppliers are aware and informed of what times they are required to be on and off site

  • Attendance at the rehearsal.

  • On the day coordination up to 8-10 hours on the day of your event

  • Behind the scenes research on trends and things to make your event stand out.

Styling + Coordination

Our styling and coordination package is for the client who knows what they are doing but just needs some extra eyes and hands. This package is a game changer. It is for the person who has probably planned an event before, but had a team to help the plan come to life.

Sit back and enjoy the ride. We can take it from here. This allows you to really take control of the planning aspects of your event, but passing it on so that all the details can come to fruition.

This service includes but is not limited to:

  • Initial consultation with you, getting to know you and finding out exactly what you need from me. This is when we will talk about your dreams and vision so that we can be on the same page.

  • Anything you need done on the day of the event so that the details are all checked. Up to 8-10 hours on the day of your event.

  • Over-seeing the set up and lay out of ceremony to reception

  • Managing suppliers, vendors, venues and staff having contact with them before and on the day of the wedding, ensuring everyone is on track in a timely manner according to our timeline. Ensuring all suppliers know what is expected of them.

  • We are your go to people for the day and the single point of contact so your not bothered with phone calls all morning.

  • I am available for “check-in” calls or communication at any point after being confirmed as the coordinator/stylist.
